Closed beta terms.

Last updated: July 14, 2026. These are initial terms for closed beta and should be reviewed before public commercial launch.

Eligibility

Use is intended for users who can lawfully install and run Windows software in their location.

License grant

Peraphite grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the selected Free or Premium access.

One-user / one-device use

Premium keys are intended for one user on one Windows PC unless a different written policy is provided.

No redistribution or resale

Users may not redistribute, resell, rent, share, or sublicense Peraphite or license keys.

Reverse engineering

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or bypassing license checks is prohibited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Beta limitations

Beta software may contain bugs, incomplete features, changed behavior, and compatibility limitations.

Updates and compatibility

Updates may be provided during the license period. Compatibility can change after game, emulator, or Windows updates.

Termination of access

Access may be suspended or terminated for license abuse, redistribution, payment issues, or violation of these terms.

Refund policy

Limitation of liability

Peraphite is provided with software limitations. No guarantee is made against account sanctions, downtime, incompatibility, or uninterrupted operation.

No affiliation

Peraphite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netmarble, NCSOFT, or LDPlayer.

Governing law
